Belgium: Tax Bill Published

Belgium has published its bill on fiscal and tax abuse in the country’s Official Gazette. The bill includes:

• A restriction on interest that can be deducted by highly geared companies/groups
• Provisions for the exchange of information with other governments
• Enhanced powers for addressing transactions with “tax havens”
