France: Tax on Highly Digitalized Enterprises

The French Minister of Economy and Finance has announced that, effective January 1, 2019, France will impose a tax on highly digitalized enterprises without waiting for a consensus at the European Union level. The draft law has not been published, but is expected to be released during the first part of the 2019.
